AA1000 Licensed Assurance Provider
Thaipat Institute has become a licensed assurance provider of the "AA1000" Assurance Standard granted by AccountAbility. Through our licence agreement with the AccountAbility, we commit to provide sustainability assurance services in compliance with the AA1000 Assurance Standard and use its methodology to evaluate the nature and extent to which an organisation adheres to the AccountAbility Principles of Inclusivity, Materiality, and Responsiveness.

AccountAbility is the creator and proprietor of the AA1000 series of standards which are principles-based standards to help organisations become more accountable, responsible and sustainable.
The AA1000 series of standards consist of the AA1000 AccountAbility Principles Standard (AA1000APS): provides a framework for an organisation to identify, prioritise and respond to its sustainability challenges, the AA1000 Assurance Standard (AA1000AS): provides a methodology for assurance practitioners to evaluate the nature and extent to which an organisation adheres to the AccountAbility Principles and the AA1000 Stakeholder Engagement Standard (AA1000SES): provides a framework to help organisations ensure stakeholder engagement processes are purpose driven, robust and deliver results.
Thaipat Institute is the public-interest organization established in 1999 specializing in corporate responsibility and sustainability services. We have completed more than 300 engagements in research, training, and consulting with many of the global leading corporations, state enterprises, and listed companies in Thailand. With the role of the AA1000 assurance provider, Thaipat strives to provide sustainability assurance services with independence and impartiality by a distinct set of competencies based on our long-standing expertise and experience in corporate responsibility and sustainability areas.
